[FX.php List] Query Quandary

Hi all,

I'm stuck, I need to construct a query finding all records with a blank
date field.  A working query in the FMP interface is omit >1/1/2000.  This
finds all records with an empty date, just what I'm looking for.  The
question is how do I construct this query for the web?

Any Ideas?
