[FX.php List] What does this mean?

Well, make sure FX_ERROR is in your Downloads/IHSA/FX/ directory.... and
as far as I know, FX_ERROR is required for FX to work properly anyway,
so keep it in.  I suppose I'm out of suggestions.... sorry!

    I added that line, nothing changed.  I am backing up and rebuilding
the
page adding one condition at a time to see if I can isolate the problem.
