[FX.php List] What does this mean?

Hi Jon-
It's just a guess, but I'd make sure you include FX_Error.php like you
did with these:
include_once('Downloads/IHSA/FX/FX.php');
include_once('Downloads/IHSA/FX/server_data.php');
If I were you, I'd make sure the file was in the same directory and add
this:
include_once('Downloads/IHSA/FX/FX_Error.php');
