[FX.php List] [OT?] URL changes to port 16080

When I was trying to figure out why my SSL certs weren't working, I
hired a Unix guy, who poked around in my Mac OS X Server. He found a
reference somewhere that told him that OS X Server changes the port
to 16080, no matter how many times you reset it to port 80 (or
anything else).
