[FX.php List] Error Code 802

While developing this morning, I encountered an FMS (Server 8.0v4)
crash. The system was rebooted later in the morning and FMS is working.
However, FMSA (8.0v4) is not. I'm now getting the 802 error code.

What experiences have others had with the 802 code? If anyone has any ideas,
I would love to hear them.
