[FX.php List] [OFF] Trouble with clients trying to download DOCX files from web server

I wish I could get my client to do that, but I can't.

He wants his customers to have unrestricted ability to upload any type  
of text file; I suggested his instructing his customers to upload ZIP  
files, but he said no. He also claims that a docx file is a type of  
ZIP file. Taking that as a possibility, I added "docx" to the list in  
mime types so that a downloader would then deal with it properly, but  
no go.

I wonder if this is just something that is a problem with docx files;  
it works with Leopard, but apparently not with OS X before Leopard,  
nor with Windows machines (which is really odd).
