[FX.php List] Bad apostrophe character confounds FMP

This brings up a question I've had:

When you Put an XML tag inside a page that also does PHP, PHP sees it
as an error (at least, it has on pages here), because it looks like an
unclosed PHP tag.

How do you get around that, other than removing the XML tag?

Thanks,

Bob Patin
