[FX.php List] [Off] Leopard and FMP 9.02 window activation

FileMaker 9.0 is a disaster so far, one of the guys at work started
using it, and now a solution that used to work 100%,
quit on its own in normal places of action( in particular Web Viewer )
and it's giving bad quality of sleep,
I will at least wait until 9.0v3
