[FX.php List] COPA and Kids Ooops!

Ooops!  That was supposed to be COPPA, not COPA.

The latter deals with kids and naughty content.

The former deals with collection of personal data from kids as the 
*user* of the site.

Neither one applies to us and our projects. ;-)
