[FX.php List] Simple "Bengstonian" solution!

Once I put

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

in my form submit page, the problem went away, and my single quote  
(apostrophe) no longer messed up my search... I remembered Dale's  
post about this months ago, and fortunately had it archived in my  
mail app...

So Dale, here's a thanks for a fix you don't even know you did!
