FYI:

If you get "cURL could not retrieve Post data in RetrieveFM7Data(). A
bad URL is the most likely reason."
And you know the URL is correct, you should have a look at your
firewall.

The pesky XP personal firewall was blocking requests from my web server
- I was able to follow the dataURL and see the raw XML, but my web
server was unable to get to my filemaker server / web publishing engine
on my XP machine because it was being blocked by XP's personal firewall.

Not that many of you on here would be messing with IIS to begin with...
but just in case...
