[FX.php List] Mail from PHP Success!

After 5 days of ups and downs, and jumping between 4 different 
relevant mail lists in search of answers, I finally resolved my 
mail() problem.

In short, I was able to confirm that web generated email *can* be 
transferred via smtp to a working mail server (EIMS)  located on the 
same machine  The solution was phpmailer, available from 
sourceforge.net.
