[FX.php List] Can't get FX.php working under IIS

Thanks for your reply. I think I have error reporting set to show
anything I might need to see:

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
display_errors = On

With the above settings, no PHP errors are appearing. Likewise, no
FileMaker errors are appearing, and no data from the database. However,
if I point the script to the IP of my FM5 server, I can get the found
count for a database, and I can also generate FileMaker errors (for
example, if I deliberately give the script an invalid filename, FM5
returns the error code for file not found).
