[FX.php List] Search Operator Usage

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has an example of a search page that allows the
user to select the search operator for each field in the query.  I'm also
interested in how this is parsed on the follow-on page.  I see some
reference to it in the FX documentation but it is still not clear to me how
the syntax should work on these two pages.
