I think I'm using 4.1, though I noticed Chris never changed the version
number in the comment header, so it's a little hard to tell. I didn't know
there was a later version, so I'll check it out.

I just tried your method of passing in different server settings on the FX
call, but so far no changes in the result. I'll give v4.2 a go and see if
it's different.
