[FX.php List] Error 105

I was thinking that may have been it. I checked the file permissions
and they are all correct. The permissions idea seems valid -- if you
don't have permissions to view the layout or the file permissions are
wrong, it would produce a 105 error. Unfortunately, none of these
thing seem to be true.
The only thing weird about this scenario is that the PHP files are on
an externally available Apache box. The FX class that is on that box
is pointing at our development servers behind a firewall running the
FMSA8 package (WSM on IIS and WPE and FMS8 on OS X 10.4 Xserve). This
is due to the fact that the client needs to be able to access the web
application but the database is still in development.
