[FX.php List] 2 Posts

I am still having a problem with duplicate records being posted.
I made the change in fx.php

Based on a FMForum post I also adjusted fx.php:
var $isPostQuery = false;
var $useCURL = false;

This reduced the frequency of the duplicates.  When testing I  
performed it when know one else was logged into FMSA.
It happens randomly, but averages out to about every 15 posts.

Does anyone know what the cause is of the duplicate records?  I read  
that FMS does not handle the Post correctly.
Need to understand the exact cause of the problem, and any  
workarounds people might have.
