[FX.php List] creating an export file

Thanks Dale.

Actually, I think that I *might* have it installed properly.  But, I 
don't know how to use it.  I couldn't find any example file and I'm 
not sure where to start.  At least that other Excel export solution 
has some examples.

Any example files out there?
