[FX.php List] [OT] Installing GD on OS X

Hi All,

I know this is off topic, but I thought I'd start with this group. I  
need to install and activate GD2 (graphics manipulation library) on  
OS X. It looks like that module isn't installed by default in OS X's  
PHP compile.

So, the question is... do I need to reinstall PHP or can I re-compile  
it and add support for GD2. Sorry for being a command-line idiot  
today. It's not my usual world.
