[FX.php List] fsockopen error

Hi,
I started receiving the following error from PHP today:
*Warning*: fsockopen(): unable to connect to <IP Address>:80 in *<Server 
Path>/FX.php* on line *611

*I previously have had no problems getting FileMaker to play nice with 
PHP, so I'm mystified what this error means.  I am able to log on to the 
FileMaker sever and look at my database through Instant Web Publishing 
just fine.

Thoughts?
