[FX.php List] Permission denied.

I am running fmp on a OSX 10.4.2 server.   I have it set to being 
port 80 and the web server running at 8080.

I have the web server site pointing to /Applications/Filemaker 
Folder/Web/MySite/

when I call

include_once($_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] . "/FX/FX.php");

I get:

Warning main( /Applications/Filemaker Folder/Web/mySite/FX/FX.php): 
failed to open stream: Permission denied in /Applications/Filemaker 
Folder/Web/mySite/myfile.php


Looking at permissions they are 777.

Anyone know how to debug this type of warning.
