[FX.php List] CURL error with FX.php

Has anyone ever seen this error with FX.php? I have gotten it on two Mac
OS X 10.3.9 boxes with PHP5 and FX.php 4.2. I also got it with PHP4 on
one of these boxes.

cURL could not retrieve Post data in RetrieveFM7Data(). A bad URL is the
most likely reason.
