[FX.php List] Another idea for next version

Hi Chris,

Just came across an issue that it'd be nice to address in the next version,
even though it's only minor. The linkNext and linkPrevious features spit out
technically invalid client-side URLs, in that the ampersands ('&') are
unencoded. This causes otherwise valid pages to fail validation tests. I
know I could deal with this at my end, but it'd be nicer if I didn't have
to.
