[FX.php List] Run PHP with FMSA on Windows with Apache ?

Hi Johan,

The only way you can still use Apache with FMSA is on an OS X box.  
Unfortunately, FileMaker did not leave any room for support of FMSA  
with Apache on a Windows platform.
