[FX.php List] How do i change FX.php timeout?

I'm using FX with FMP6 CWP.

I run a script successfully but it takes a long time to run. So long 
that FX reports that the webserver was unable to complete the request 
and that the "web master has been emailed".

The script (an import operation on a cuople hundred records) does run 
fine and completes... just not in the timeframe FX expects.

how do I change this timeout OR tell FX/FMP that it should just run and 
not tie up the connection?
