[FX.php List] FX.php 4.0 Feedback Request -- Japanese Support

Greetings again!

Last year right around DevCon some additions to FX.php were created by 
Masayuki Nii to allow improved Japanese support when connecting to 
FM7SA, and support for Japanese when working with FM6.  That said, 
after getting his permission, these additions will be added to FX.php.  
For most people these changes will be completely transparent, but they 
will make things much nicer when working with the Japanese language.

So here's the question: Will anyone use this functionality who is 
primarily an English speaker?  (I just need to pass on this information 
so he'll know if an English translation of his site is needed.)
