[FX.php List] Temporary List Flakiness

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that sending email to the list may be a bit 
flaky for the next couple of days.  (I had to make an IP change for my 
ISP.)  Of course, you will still get list mailings from those who 
aren't affected by this, but your ability to send mail to this list may
