[FX.php List] Ports

I get some of it; I get 80, 16000, 50003, but I don’t get the other ports in the 16000 range that FM says we need to have open; what I’m trying to have opened are

16000 thru 16018
50003
50008

Not totally sure about the last 2 being necessary for web apps though…
