I'd take a look at WordPress and its plugins for club management. It's a pretty amazing platform.

I'm also talking to them about building a site for them myself using a FileMaker backend; in my mind, unless I stumble on a service that does all these things, the only way I know to provide all the functionality they need would be to build it by hand.
