[FX.php List] Heads up: Bug in PHPMailer with PHP version in FM 11 Web Publishing

Yeah, I'd love to use Cake instead of handrolling and rerolling stuff -
been meaning to redo a couple of websites of my own to use a framework,
proper OO PHP, Ajax etc etc etc...
