[FX.php List] FX and FileMaker Server 12

Filemaker doesn't support the xml used by FX anymore, or something... or
they're seriously dragging their feet fixing it.

There is an alternate grammar style to use that works, preliminarily called
fmalt.  Chris hasn't released it publicly yet though...
