[FX.php List] Strange problem with Chrome!

The initial submission is in fact an -edit Tim - the web app populates a
pre-created FM record. So a silent-but-empty resubmission would give the
results I'm seeing, but I can't see how the browser has anything to do
with it. There's no page reload, no form resubmission warning, no evidence
whatsoever about what exactly is happening. Only disappearing data. It
even does it when I exit the page immediately after the submit code runs,
which is before any of the HTML is loaded.

As I said, I'm stumped!
