[FX.php List] Re-FileMaker Server 12

A consultant friend told me that he had it from high up within FMI that there were mixed results on speed improvements with the WPE. Disappointing; at Devcon we were told "double the speed" at one point.

When I get some time today I may flesh out the test app and put an exact copy of it on a FMSA 11 machine as well. For grins I may also put it on FMSA 10, which I also have on a couple of servers here.
