[FX.php List] Create portal/related records with fx.php

Hey, I just tried it (actually only 3 are fed from form) and boy what a
difference!  I did not realize that about it ... there are a few
calculated fields that pull info from the parent table, so I guess that
was slowing things down.  You are my hero!!  THANKS Tim!

Depending on what the the other 5 are (ie, unstored calcs, big text
fields, auto-enter calcs at the end of a long chain) they may be causing
your issues - try pointing the web stuff at a layout that has only the
fields absolutely required for the web and see what happens. 

 

Keep in mind that the XML interface returns *everything* from a layout
for a given record - and if it has to wait for fields to update (even if
they're not required), then it waits...
