[FX.php List] Undeclared entity

Moving code that works on one server over to production, and getting  
error. Any ideas as to possible causes to research? The working server  
is on linux with Apache. The failing server is Win2008 Service Pack2  
running IIS. I can post the rest of the code to pastebin.com if   
necessary.

The FMPS version is 10, and the FMP file is identical on both the  
server that works and the one that doesn't.
