[FX.php List] FMS 10 setting up XML returns sometimes empty record sets, and sometimes fields and data working

Hmm, now it is acting like Tom Bombadil in The Lord of the Rings; Now
you see me now you dont...

It works occasionally...

How can I debug FileMaker Server?
