[FX.php List] [OFF] Automated FTP Client for backup?

I should point out the major difference between rsync / ssh and  
scripting FTP is that you are storing and sending the username and  
password in plain text - so that's obviously why it's not recommended.  
if they allow sftp then you should be able to get a shell I would  
think, but I don't have much experience with windows hosting so I'm  
probably wrong.
