[FX.php List] Web host upgraded from 4 to 5, and now I see an error on the page :-(

I agree with Dale.

Is there an update that be made to fx.php that 
will intercept this issue? fx.php should just 
throw an error if an insufficient query is 
constructed (before it attempts to connect), or 
if the query comes back with a failed connection.
