[FX.php List] Leading zero getting dropped in a login

Steve,
    Yes, I can visually see the zero disappear right before the page changes
after clicking.

    I do have some JS validation.  I will check it and change it if I can
figure out what to change it to.

    I did do the DEBUG and, for example, I entered 0427  that info in URL
shoes 427 and NOT 0427, and thus the 401 error.

    Let me see if the javascript will fix it.
