[FX.php List] [OFF] API Equivalent for Grabbing RECID

Well that explains it.....I'm not using FMS9.  My introduction to the 
API is on my colleague's system.

However, I just did go ahead and install the Developer version from 
TechNet. And...yes..there it is.
