[FX.php List] Raw encoding

Apologies if this is a ridiculously simple question.

I'm converting some old CDML pages to fx.php. In several spots there  
are fields that let users put simple HTML tags for bold and italic to  
format the display of their submission. In CDML all that was required  
was a raw tag [FMP-field: xxxxxx, raw] to have these properly rendered.

Is there an fx.php equivalent? And would it be the same if using the  
FMP PHP API.  Thx.
