[FX.php List] XML RPC question

Well I found that the problem does not exist on my webserver; the one
I use for developing.

However only on the deployment server, debian 4.0 with apache 1.x

META tags are OK, there has to be something odd in the ISP's
/etc/apache/httpd.conf

I do not know what causes this yet.

But I realized it has to do wtih character encoding.
