Yes, I believe that's what I used.

Only possible difference in what we have is that I have a Volume  
License, so all my software was downloaded as Mac OS X disk images  
for FMSA 8, FileMaker Pro 8.5 and FileMaker Pro 8.5 Advanced.  
Apparently VLA customers don't get CDs/DVDs.
