[FX.php List] [off-topic] Useable limit of concurrent users w/IWPsite

Thanks, Gjermund... That's disturbing, but not surprising. It sounds like
our third-party IWP developer may need to make some changes to the db before
our next application deadline. (I am the in-house CWP developer, and
definitely not a fan of IWP for this kind of thing.) I will pass that info
on to him.
