[FX.php List] Multiple WPE connections to a single FMSA machine?

I had said you can have multiple web servers connect to one WPE 
instance.  This does not require multiple licenses.

You can also have one web server connect to multiple WPE instances, 
but this is not a trivial or supported configuration.

It is true that you can only have one WPE instance connect to one FMS instance.
