[FX.php List] WPE not starting

Has anyone seen this?

Get 'Internal Server Error' from the web server when trying to do  
http://127.0.0.1/fmi/config

I know that fmi uses the tomcat mod_jk.con and mod_jk_paths.conf files.

I am on Mac OS X 10.4.9

Worked up until a couple of days ago. I uninstall and re-installed WPE.

Any other ideas of what to try?
