[FX.php List] FX.PHP and MySQL

Yeah, this is the same route I'm traveling. Since I have a lot of  
code that talks to FMP through FX, it would be nice to "flip" it  
easily to MySQL in near-future cases where FMSA may not be an option.  
This would beat rewriting everything to deal direct with MySQL with PHP.
