Why don't you just write the bill in the normal way

For example( imaginary numbers ):

2 regular hosting(s) $59 pr month = $118
- rebate 10 ppt pr referral, 0 paying referrals = $0

Amount due for services rendered $118
+ applicable taxes.

That's how I would do it...
