[FX.php List] [OT] Ethical question about a client referrer

I'd have to agree.  There are many organizations out there that offer  
compensation for referrals, but I haven't yet seen one that didn't  
require the forming of an actual business relationship (i.e. money  
exchanged) before anything is paid out to the referrer...
