There is a benefit of making a new file for Web Only and just pull
instances from FileMaker solution into that Web Only table's
relatationship graph,

main benefit is tidyness, that file will only contain layouts for web
queries and web laundring scripts.

Remember to make the same account in all files where web is in use,
typically I make the web account without delete permissions and make a
"black spot"-status field to filter out "deleted" records using a
relationship.
